  • We provide direct pricing and purchasing right from our website. We understand it is a hassle filling out a form and paying an invoice. We have been in this industry for many years and know the importance of clarity and convenience.

  • All staff members have experience in customer support. You will never come across any of our members that have no experience providing support as a customer service rep.

  • We offer a complimentary 3-day onboarding/training period where you can get your staff member trained and make sure they have access to your firm’s tech stack as well as knowledge on that/internal compliance.

  • We offer very competitive pricing for our services as it is offshore. A customer service rep is available at just $6.50 an hour! Why hire 10 domestically when you can have a team of 25-30 for the same price? No need to worry about HR, PTO, benefits, etc. A subscription makes it super easy.

How it Works

  • Subscribe for each member you want. We will later either assign you a member if it is needed urgently or we can provide a handful of people you think is best fit for the role/tech stack/industry.

  • After selecting the member, we begin the onboarding process where the staff member will work under your firm. We provide a 3-day complimentary onboarding phase where the subscription wont count against. You can use this time to get the accounts for the members and/or train them and get them onboard.

  • The subscription is recurring and can be canceled at ANY TIME. No contracts. This is all on-demand within a monthly basis. The longer the staff member is under your firm, the more experience and talent he/she is able to provide. These members will eventually be the most knowledgeable ones regarding your firm’s service(s) and/or product(s).

  • We have clients maintaining subscriptions on a yearly basis as the staff members provide tons of value and eventually become an asset within the firm. For the cost of only 999/month per member and not needing to worry about HR or benefits, it is proven this is a high value asset. If, at any time, a subscription can be canceled towards the member.
